Areas of the fort are furnished as officer’s and enlisted men’s quarters. Staffed with soldiers in French period uniforms. Mobile's welcome center was built in the early 1700s as a French fort. Now you can find museum rooms inside, detailing past Mardi Gras celebrations and origins of the city.
