Early in the morning the room was unlocked and before we knew it, the room was full.

Vern was very happy to finally meet Tom Sparkman. Tom has helped our group out so much with photos, facts and stories. Only the photo at top of page and the one below was taken by Vern, the others are Tom's. Vern was using his son's digital camera but with out flash, he learned better after all the photos were taken.

Each photo below is linked to a larger image.
Right in the middle of the adventure was Vern's wife Letha, she knew how to keep these guys happy.

For relief,
Lary and Harriet Harris
helped out a bunch too.

Phil Poblano
A special thanks must be given to Phil because on Wednesaday, he took time off from his job to take Vern to Costco's where they bought over $200 worth of goodies for the Hospitality room. They were left in his car because we didn't have access to the room then,
so he went home with them, Lodi,CA, and brought them back the next morning. There were many items left over on Sunday, so Phil came again and took these left overs to persons who could use them.
